Service Description RBT (receiving, blocking, and throwing) Camp Building on the foundation set in the RBO phase, this 6-week program introduces the critical skill of throwing to bases. Catchers will continue to refine their receiving and blocking techniques while incorporating precise footwork and throwing drills to all bases. The curriculum also includes essential arm care practices, ensuring that catchers maintain peak performance and long-term health. This phase integrates all aspects of catching, preparing participants for game-ready execution This camp was formally called Winter Phase 2.
