Service Description RBO (receiving and blocking only) Camp This intensive 6-week program is dedicated to mastering the essential skills of receiving and blocking. Catchers will be trained in both traditional and one-knee down stances, learning to effectively receive and block from each position. In addition to core skills, participants will undergo training in visual tracking, mobility, game management, and leadership. This phase is crucial for refining and transforming catchers' stances and setups, setting the foundation for advanced performance.​ There is no throwing/pop time work during this camp as all throwing work will be conducted in the RBT, Season Prep, and In Season camps. This camp was formally called Winter Phase 1. Price: Early Bird: $275 ends October 5th Standard: $300 ends October 26th Late: $325 Why Catchers U®?
