About Coach Ian: Ian Clements is a Maryland native who graduated high school at Riverdale Baptist. Ian played his college ball at Newberry College in SC. Ian was a captain and starting catcher for the Wolves during his playing career where he helped his team to 41 wins and the highest team ranking in school history. After graduating coach Ian was a coach at Newberry for the next 2 seasons. Coach Ian is a first class coach with a great deal of knowledge to share with players. He has a knack for making complex things seem simple. Coach is super genuine and connects with players at an elite level. Why Catchers U®? Since 2012 Catchers U® has been a premier Catching Academy in the Country. Over 130 members have gone onto play in college, with a handful also going Pro. Catchers U®'s focus is to maximize every Catcher's game to their full potential.
