At Catchers U, we strive to provide consistent and high-quality baseball and softball instruction to all our participants. In order to maintain the integrity of our programs and ensure fairness to all participants, we have established the following policy:

1. Attendance Responsibility: It is the responsibility of each participant to attend all scheduled sessions promptly and regularly. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we encourage participants to make attendance a priority.

2. No Makeup Sessions: Catchers U does not offer makeup sessions for missed instructional sessions. We operate on a structured schedule, and each session is carefully planned to maximize learning and development opportunities for all participants. Offering makeup sessions would disrupt the continuity of our programs and may not align with the availability of coaches and facilities.

3. Notification of Absences: If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled session, we appreciate prompt notification to the coaching staff. This allows us to plan accordingly and make any necessary adjustments.

4. Weather Cancellations: In the event of inclement weather or other circumstances that necessitate the cancellation of a scheduled session, Catchers U will notify participants as soon as possible via email, phone, or our official communication channels. In such cases participants will be informed of any alternative arrangements, if applicable.

5. Substitution of Coaches: Catchers U reserves the right to substitute coaches as necessary to ensure the continuity and quality of our instructional programs. All our coaches undergo rigorous training and adhere to our program curriculum to provide consistent instruction to our participants.

6. No Refunds or Credits: In line with our no makeup session policy, Catchers U does not offer refunds or credits for missed sessions. Fees are allocated to cover the costs associated with providing instruction, equipment, and facility usage for the entire program duration.

7. Program Changes: Catchers U does not offer the switching of sessions of camps once the event begins. Catchers U does not offer the switching of private lessons at any time. 

8. Cancellations: Participants may cancel a program or lesson 48 hours before the start date by logging in and navigating to the My Bookings page. All cancellations incur a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee for lessons is $50. The cancellation fee for other events is 50% of the cost of the event.

9. Exceptions: In rare cases of extenuating circumstances such as prolonged illness or injury, we may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. General injuries and schedule conflicts are examples of cases where an exception will not be given. Exception requests must be received by support@catchersu.com

Policy Acknowledgment: By enrolling in our baseball and softball instruction programs, participants and their guardians acknowledge and agree to abide by this policy.

Catchers U reserves the right to review and update this policy as necessary to best serve the interests of our participants and maintain the quality of our programs.
